First, we target only Unadvertised or Hidden jobs—the largest sector of executive hiring —and get them directly from the top retained search firms, PE firms, and a few employers.
It’s when an executive gives notice, and their employer wishes to keep its competitors, customers, or employees unaware, so the position cannot be advertised.
We target the top ~10,000 retained executive search professionals, 7,000 PE/VC principal owners and operators, and a few employers. Every day, we secure ~32,000 mostly unadvertised jobs directly from search firms. We filter by salary, industry, role, geography, and workstyle (onsite, hybrid, or remote), and send the matches to our customers within 24 hours of posting.

We facilitate tens of thousands of introductions with specified confidentiality to those same retained executive search professionals and PE/VC principal owners and operators. As a direct result of these efforts, our customers’ resumes were reviewed on average by 2,230 and 2,997 hiring authorities or their representatives, which generated between 175 and 440 responses (averaging 190 per customer). This resulted in multiple high-value interviews for each customer.
